When you pay for the product, we store the money on the platform. The seller gets paid only after you confirm you received the product and satisfied with its quality or after the Buyer protection period is up (21 days).

We look into your concern on a case-by-case basis & do our best to be fair to both parties. Indonor’s decision on the resolution will be final for the concern raised.
